The VIP club bestows upon its members the privilege of round-the-clock access to Carson EZ Wash facilities. To gain entry, you need to present your EZ Badge, which we trust you to keep secure at all times. Please remember that the facilities are exclusively meant for personal laundry purposes.

2. Code of Conduct

Maintaining a courteous and secure atmosphere is of utmost importance to us. In light of this, we kindly request you to observe the following guidelines:

• Securing Entry and Exit: Always ensure that the door is firmly closed when entering or leaving the premises. This helps in preserving the security and safety of everyone using the facility.

• No Unauthorized Access: For security reasons, please refrain from opening the door for individuals who are not part of the VIP club. This measure helps protect our members and their belongings.

• Maintaining Cleanliness: We take pride in offering a clean and tidy laundromat. Properly dispose of any trash and help us keep the place immaculate for everyone's benefit.

• Prioritizing Safety: Safety is paramount. Should you notice any concerning situations or emergencies, do not hesitate to report them immediately. Your vigilance can help us maintain a secure environment.

• Contacting Authorities: In case of emergencies or any suspicious activity, contact the Carson Sheriff at (310) 830-1123 or dial 911 immediately.  We rely on you during the after hours, and your swift action can make a significant difference.

3. Reporting Issues

We value your feedback and cooperation in ensuring that our facilities are always in top-notch condition. If you come across any maintenance or equipment issues, please report them promptly using the problem report card provided. Simply drop it into the mail slot at the main office door, and we'll address the matter as swiftly as possible. In the event of a genuine problem, you may be eligible for a refund following our review.

4. Liability Waiver

While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, it's essential to acknowledge certain limitations. By enrolling in the VIP program, you understand and agree that Carson EZ Wash Laundromat cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur on the premises. As such, it is advisable to take responsibility for your personal belongings.

5. Membership Termination

This action may be taken for reasons such as repeated violations, inappropriate behavior, or failure to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth for the VIP program.
